Iris Language Services was created as a partnership between Kate Ollier and Jemima Gore, who went to school together and both studied languages at London University's Royal Holloway College. We both have a love of words and language so, after following different careers, it seemed only natural for us to think about putting our passion into creating our own Language Services company! 

We set up Iris in 2024, drawing on our decades of experience in Language Services. We offer clients an accurate, personalised and flexible language solution across a suite of products. We have seen that our clients are moving away from big corporations and towards a more tailored and personal approach. At Iris, we guarantee direct and efficient service throughout the lifecycle of your project through responsive interactions and total flexibility. We care about delivering the best service to you, because we love language and we have a track record for timely and high-quality work, at competitive market rates. It is important to note that we do not use AI. We believe that AI has its place in offering a quick first draft of a translation but we also believe that human proofreading through every word and sentence is critical and therefore we adopt this thorough and human approach from first iteration through to final submission.
