Jemima's Bio

Having studied French and German at Royal Holloway, and then Spanish at the Open University, Jemima has always had a fascination with languages. She has lived in France, Germany, Argentina and Malta. After teaching English as a foreign language in the UK and working in French translation for a mining company in London, Jemima pursued a career in banking where she worked for investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Barclays in programme and business management. 

Jemima has also worked for international mining company Rio Tinto, where she was responsible for research into feasibility of mining locations including Cameroon, Zambia and Uzbekistan. 

With her customer-facing approach, Jemima will be your first point of contact at Iris Language Services.

Jemima's hobbies are local history, bird-watching and old films.
